International corporation, The Eminata Group, umbrella to a family of well-known and highly successful colleges including CDI College, Vancouver Career College, University Canada West, and more required the following:
- A lead management system to use at multiple locations
- Insight into what was happening at each location
- A system to track all of their marketing campaigns and manage all their vendors
- A means of tracking prospects; give recruiters the tools to sign as many students
as possible
- A system to enable mass communication with leads
